虛假宣傳，實際與描述相差極大，這環境我進門直接傻眼了，問要沐浴液沒有，問完一次性拖鞋沒有，問要衣架沒有，問要一次性紙杯沒有，還不讓取消，大家自己看吧。

訂了兩個房間 兩間房間都衹有浴室一雙拖鞋 一間房間沒有洗頭膏 一間沒有沐浴露 一間沒有熱水 空調也壞了 而且洗澡衹能20分鐘熱水 但是一件房間沒有熱水 一點都沒有 第一個晚上我媽都脱光衣服了 發現沒熱水 等了半天也沒有 最後洗了個冷水澡 真的無語 晚上叫人來修 説是修好了 一開始還是沒熱水 然後説要插那個房卡 過半小時才有熱水 然後他走後還是一點熱水沒有 第二天去找老闆 老闆給出答覆是這間房間必有熱水 而且空調是我們打開方式不對 那天晚上熱水反覆開了半天還是沒有 然後我就讓老闆過來開 因為他説必定有 然後晚上説會派人來看 那天晚上一個人都沒有 我爸媽還等了一個小時 我請問這沒人負責？ 我不想吐槽 衹是給後面的人警醒

店家給錯地址，聯繫店家還不負責，我們找不到酒店（地圖上根本搜尋不到酒店名字）打了好幾次車才到。最重要的是！！！我們被店家威脅了！！店家把我們訂的三人間給了別人住，讓我們三個人擠一個小床！！！我們睡不下就提出要解決問題，但是！店家態度惡劣 不負責任還威脅我們！！！最後讓我們幾個女孩子半夜兩點拖着行李走在麗江大街上，真的很危險很無助！！而且民宿説是主題國風其實就是臟亂差灰塵非常多！

一開始進來很驚喜，小院環境也很好，但是晚上八點入住的時候就發現浴室漏水，然後讓他們維修，就出去逛了，結果回來還是漏水，也不説一聲是沒修好，還是沒修，一聲不坑，師傅沒時間來修也要想解決辦法吧，換房也沒有房，拿了毛巾來墊，也沒變小，找了老闆她弄了一下，聲音變小了，一直説不好意思不好意思，這本來就是我們住酒店之前該檢查好的，不好意思也不能彌補我們的旅行體驗啊，早上五點多醒的時候發現水變得很大，還以為外面在下大雨，一早我們就走了，去玉龍雪山，告訴他們今天維修，晚上我們回來了，房間門就開着，關都不關，浴室臟兮兮的，全是鞋印，前天晚上的毛巾都也還在，也沒有人打掃衞生，有這麼開客棧的麼？一次不好意思是真的不好意思，次次不好意思，對不起我不信，我認為這就是平常的經營方式。被子潮潮的，還有蚊子，這是我有史以來住房體驗最差的一次，真的體驗極差！送了紅糖也不能彌補，真的太生氣了！這個客棧沒人管理鬆鬆垮垮！我真的奉勸大家，真的不要來！

設施：該有的都有，總體來説很滿意。洗髮水和沐浴露不太夠，建議自帶
衞生：乾淨舒適，床品軟乎乎的，超出期待
環境：古色古香，坐落在在古城裡，吃喝玩樂很方便。但隔音不好，第二天早上五點多就被吵醒，這可能是古建築都有的弊端。但民宿做了很貼心的提示，貼在了洗手枱提醒旅客們注意音量，細節加分
服務：十分到位。由於初次到店，行李箱推在古城裡的石子路十分不便，民宿的小姐姐出來接我了。其次，提前了一天打電話確認到店時間，得知我們早到店一切，安排很妥當，入住很順利。

The building have three directions with a screen wall facing the gate of the house, just like a typical Naxi architecture. All guest rooms are decorated in classic Chinese style and well equipped with wireless Internet access.
