This was really an excellent play to stay in Lijiang. Didi can pick us up here and also ******* can deliver. The staff were really nice to us as well. There's free water, oranges, and milk. There was heater and bed warmer.

Very nice hotel with big rooms size of a house. Great breakfast. Problems with hot water for more than 2 persons. I would take it any day again.

This hotel comprises of villas and therefore are good for families. Dayan and Shuhe ancient towns are a short ride away. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. It was situated in a quiet area. I loved that there were a lot of trees around. The breakfast was standard not much variation from one day to the next. The room was clean, I'll attach some photos. The security guards were really friendly. Rena went the extra mile to ensure that I had a great stay from recommending different places I could visit to arranging for my takeaway to be delivered to my door every night. Thank you once again Rena for the excellent service, it really goes a long way for someone who is travelling alone.

Clean and very staff friendly hotel, the only thing is the downstairs heater in my room wasn’t working.🥶 The rest was great.

Rena Gao the host receptionist is wonderful and friendly as well as staff. The hotel and environment is wonderful. Highly recommended for family and couples. The garden courtyard is also wonderful. Will return again

Room was comfortable with indoor heating and it was nicely decorated when we visited.

The staff were very friendly and their services were superb. We misplaced a painting bought during our trip. The duty manager and staff patiently looked through the tapes to help us to find it. We are immensely grateful for their help and patience.

When I chech in, hotel staff welcomed my family and provided afternoon tea in restaurants. We enjoyed restaurant at dinner and the surroundings are good. The hotel is also clean and we have good memory.

The suite is in the main building, with easy access, a large area, a spacious bathroom, a useful wooden clothes drying rack, a large coffee table in the living room, plenty of space for things, good hotel service, no time to participate in the free hanging wind chimes and other projects, breakfast is average, fortunately there are not many people when I go late

The first floor is the living room, dining room and a bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathroom. The layout is quite large. Except that the stairs are a bit narrow, there are no other problems. It is recommended to put all the suitcases downstairs and take the wash and brush up to the second floor. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, and the toppings of the rice noodles are delicious!
