The environment is elegant and quiet, the room is clean, the butler service is attentive, and the ancient city view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. A perfect stay! 🌟

The owner was like an old friend, helping with luggage and chatting about travel routes. The room was clean, the bedding was soft, and there was plenty of hot water. The old street was right outside, and coming back after a tiring stroll felt as comforting as coming home. I'll definitely come again to finish the tea I didn't get to drink.

Great place with beautiful flowers and restaurants right outside. Close to all the highlights of ancient town but still quiet at night. Kind host and comfy beds. Only complaint is napkin towel is not great for showering

The room was absolutely beautiful, and the owner was incredibly warm and friendly. They even upgraded my room and helped me with my luggage! What's most important is that all the room amenities are disposable! This is a huge plus for someone like me who's a germaphobe. It's also right next to dining options, which is super convenient. I really wish I had more time; I would have loved to stay a few more days. This place is far superior to anywhere I've stayed before – so clean and quiet! I'm not a shill, these are my genuine feelings!!

The service was excellent; they helped with our luggage. The hotel facilities are complete, the environment is good, and it's very clean. The duvet was fluffy and comfortable to sleep in. The owner was also very kind and gave us great tips for sightseeing. He was very polite! It's right in the center of the old town. Highly recommend!

Haha Hotel has an adorable little dog 🐕. It's so cute with long hair, absolutely beautiful! The hotel's location is also fantastic – it's about a 2-minute walk to the main road, and just 2 minutes from Mu's Residence and Zhongyi Night Market. You can find all sorts of food there. Most importantly, all the toiletries are disposable, so it's very hygienic and clean. Even the bath towels and regular towels are single-use. For this price, it's an absolute steal! Thumbs up! 👍🏻

Haha, I was genuinely surprised! I booked a special rate room for just over 80 [currency unit], expecting it to be quite run-down. But when I walked in, it even had central air conditioning. Even the towels were disposable, and it was incredibly quiet. The best part is the staff member (xiaogege) even came to the intersection to help with our luggage when we arrived, and he saw us off when we left. The service far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend everyone choose this place. It's also conveniently located, right by a popular internet-famous photo spot. Super, super great, the most satisfying accommodation of my Yunnan trip!

The owner is a really cool and chill person, always out and about! The guesthouse itself is very clean and lovely. The location is absolutely fantastic – right behind the Mu Palace, and just a short walk from Zhongyi Snack Street and the bus station, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Highly recommend it! Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this place again.

Located within the ancient city walls, it's super convenient for shopping. The room was clean and tidy, with a lovely antique charm and atmosphere. The butler service was attentive, and our stay was quiet and comfortable, making sightseeing hassle-free.

They claimed to offer luggage transfer services in the ancient city, but no one showed up for either arrival or departure. The owner didn't even bother to ask about it. The room itself was decent, and the location was quite good with many restaurants right outside.

The hotel is well-situated, not far from the edge of the pedestrian zone (so walking with your suitcase or catching a taxi isn't too much of a chore) whilst still being close to major tourist attractions (Wu's mansion, market square) and restaurants. There were also no issues with noise - in fact, at night we fell asleep to the sound of the rain. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The shower and toilet were separated from each other (which is not always a given in China) and there were disposable towels provided. Our window faced onto the hotel's courtyard. The only meaningful downside was the lack of a clothes dryer in the hotel, causing us to take our clothes to a self-service laundry (the manned ones charge ¥10 per piece of clothing!) outside of the pedestrian area. There is a washing machine though, as well as a communal kitchen that we used to clean & cut fresh matsutake mushrooms.
