It is understandable that there are three bottles in the room, but there are four of us, and there are three bottles every day afterwards. I think the service can be improved, because a little detail can really improve the favorability and can add points to the inn. Of course, we can also take the initiative to ask for water, but we go out to play every day, so we also buy water from the supermarket outside. One day, I went out very early and saw the cleaning lady outside, so I said I would take four bottles of water out first, and then, sure enough, there was no water in the room after cleaning the room that day. I haven't stayed in a homestay for a long time. I don't know if mineral water is only available once a day now. Before I came, I saw that the name of this inn has coffee in it. It just so happens that I also like American coffee. I saw that the store provides free coffee in the comments. I asked in advance and they said that there is afternoon tea every day (I don't know what it is specifically). After arriving, I was busy with my children and daily schedules, and I completely forgot about afternoon tea. No one reminded me before check-in, and no one mentioned it again after check-in. But when I went to the front desk and saw that they did make coffee there, I didn't feel embarrassed to ask that it was free after seeing the comments, so I asked the guy at the front desk how much the coffee was. The guy took out the price list for me. I looked at it and it was not cheap, so I didn't order it. I thought maybe it's not free now. On the last night before leaving, I suddenly remembered the afternoon tea, so I wanted to ask about it. At that time, my husband said forget it, we are leaving, don't ask, and we also upgraded the room type, so I said go ask. I went to the front desk and asked if there was afternoon tea in our room. He paused and asked which room, and then said yes. I asked what it was, and he said it was coffee. I asked how many cups, and the guy paused and said two cups. But the details and the overall service experience are very average, and it can be said that there is a lack of proactive service. I remember coming to Lijiang once ten years ago in 2014. At that time, the little brother in the homestay sat in the yard every day and made tea for everyone. After a day of playing, you can chat and drink tea. When you enter the door, he will greet you, which makes you feel like you have returned home after a day of playing.
