This hotel felt like a prison. It's really far from the old city, and there's an oncology hospital nearby. The hotel's focus seems to be entirely on being a HUAZHU Club franchisee. The cleanliness, service, and breakfast were all quite poor. I don't recommend it.

The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. A sufficient amount of mineral water was provided. A simple yet delicious breakfast was included. All the staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces, which was not something I often experienced there, so it was really appreciated. There was a bakery shop right next to the hotel, where my husband was able to buy a cake, and the front desk was kind enough to provide us with matches. There were many shops along the street outside the hotel, making the location very convenient. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Lijiang next time.

Very convenient for a night in Lijiang as I have morning flight only about 500 meters to airport shuttle bus! And walking distance to Lijiang Old town.

Staying at the Ibis hotel during my business trip to Lijiang was an excellent choice! The hotel's location is superb, not far from the business district where I needed to be – just a few minutes by taxi. There's also a bus stop right outside, making getting around super convenient. Check-in was quick and efficient; the front desk staff was very helpful and even reminded me about the significant temperature difference between morning and evening in Lijiang, advising me to dress warmly. The room was very clean, with freshly changed linens and no strange odors. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep as soon as I lay down after a long day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the hot water was plentiful – a hot shower instantly washed away my fatigue. Breakfast offered a good variety, including congee, steamed buns, eggs, and local pickles, which was a satisfying start to the day. For a business trip, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely choose it again next time I'm in Lijiang for work.

We stayed for 1 week and the stay in the hotel was never a miss in everything that we planned to do in Lijiang! Clean & spacious room for two, comfy pillows with clean sheets changed every day. Perfect location, just 10 mins walk to ancient town. Wonderful ambience as soon as you enter the hotel with friendly and helpful staff, and stuffed with candies and drinks to grab. Unlimited water to drink. However we wished there were more than one washing & dryer machine at the laundry section. Otherwise we had an amazing stay.
