Yixiangqing Inn (Lijiang Old Town)

The hotel owner is very kind. He upgraded us from family room to 2 double rooms. He presented welcome gift to us. He kindly let us leave our luggage overnight when we went up to stay at shangri la. He also kindly help with the luggage to the nearest gate which is northeast gate.

Hotel location is in the heart of lijiang old town. It is located near north gate entrance ancient town. Actually, if you walk from the north entrance (outside ancient town, at the pedestrian walkway beside the main road) it is actually pretty close to the south entrance. The owner and the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The boss also offering us another extra room for free because he thinks we might be cramping together in 1 room. We also received a lot of heartwarming gifts. Importanly, toilet has bidet, shower and bath tub!!!! Overall it is truly a good value for money.

Feel like home! 🏡 The room was warm, cozy, and well-equipped, and the location was perfect. It’s right in the heart of Lijiang Old Town, just a 5-minute walk from the main street. But what I loved most was the owner. He was incredibly kind, generous, and helpful throughout my stay. He even gave me a lovely gift! Whenever I had a question or wasn’t sure where to go, I could simply ask him, and he would always give me the best recommendations — from restaurants to the best places to buy tea. Thank you so much for making my stay feel like home. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back next time I’m in Lijiang! ❤️

The location is very romantic. We were given a large room with all the needed. The owner is very accomodative, he even gave us a present of local delicacies and voucher for breakfast !(the we could use in three different restaurants, that brings variety), however we only ate in one, that was sooo dense and tasty. Overall, we recommend this homestay

I truly loved the ambience of this guesthouse. it has a charming traditional atmosphere that feels warm, cozy, and welcoming. Do keep in mind that the road leading to the inn is quite steep, so it's best suited for guests who are reasonably fit. What truly made our stay memorable was the host's exceptional hospitality. They were incredibly kind, warm, and always ready to help. As a thoughtful surprise, we even received small gifts from them, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay.

Owner is helpful and friendly. Helpful arrange transport from and to railway station. Room facilities is good. Everything you need is there including self laundry available. The hotel is nice and conformtable environment.
