The location is great, really close to the ancient city, and there are tons of food options nearby. The room is spacious, and there's plenty of common area, so you can easily hang out and chat with other guests even if you don't go out. I stayed for three nights and would definitely come back if I get the chance!

A top choice for backpackers, solo travelers, and those looking to make friends, especially for long stays. If you're searching for a hostel, this is it! Too bad my trip was short this time, I'll definitely stay longer next time.

Met a lot of friends at Backpackers Ten Years in Lijiang. Next time I'm hiking, I'll definitely choose this place again. The only downsides were the very poor phone signal and non-existent Wi-Fi in the room, even though I was in a four-person dorm on the first floor (they must've upgraded me, haha!). Also, the gap between the mattress and the wall was quite dirty. But overall, the hostel atmosphere was fantastic – easily the best I've experienced. See you in a few months!

I found the room to be exceptionally good, very clean, and completely odor-free. The restrooms and shower areas were cleaned daily. The location is absolutely fantastic, and I loved it. I really hope to stay here again on my next visit and will definitely recommend it to more people. It's just so convenient and efficient. The location here is excellent. I especially want to commend them for their 'no loud noises after 11 PM' policy and for ensuring a quiet environment overall – they do a superb job with that.

This hostel is a true gem! The owner is incredibly warm and thoughtful, the common areas are clean and cozy, and it's so much fun meeting and chatting with people from all walks of life. The bedding is tidy and comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommend!

Had a great two-day stay here. The staff were excellent.

The price isn't the cheapest for a hostel, but it's worth it for the quiet location. Plus, they actually have an oxygen tank sharing program! If you need one, you can ask the front desk to use one left by previous guests. And if you bought one and didn't use it, you can leave it for future travelers. The atmosphere is fantastic, with organized activities every day, and a golden retriever hanging out on the first floor. The only downside is that the second-floor hallway is open-air, and the hair dryer and showers are in separate areas. So, after showering, make sure to bundle up to avoid catching a cold, as the day-night temperature difference can be quite significant.

The best hostel lives up to its reputation! The facilities and front desk service were both excellent, making for a fantastic experience. Next time I travel, I'll definitely choose Backpackers Ten Years again.

My room was spacious and clean, and it wasn't too cold at night. The service was excellent, and they even helped with my luggage. The surrounding area was also very pleasant. There's an area nearby where you can leave any leftover oxygen tanks for the next person who needs them, which I think is a fantastic idea. Overall, it was a great stay!
