The location is super convenient, nestled between two train stations, and there's a Carrefour right downstairs.

Great location and very practical accommodation. Our 2‑bedroom apartment had four single beds and a sofa bed, plus a kitchen, which made the stay easy and comfortable. Being next to the train station and above the Westfield shopping centre was incredibly convenient. Parking is available for €17 a day. A cosy and well‑situated place to stay in Lille.

The location is perfect for travel. Eurostar train, Lille Flandres and taxi, you can go to anywhere, Behind the hotel is one of the biggest shopping malls. You can find any food if you want,

The service was good, the room clean and it was near a shopping center. The only thing I didn’t like was the loud noise from the trains but if that doesn’t bother you it is a great stay.

Be aware that this is a budget hotel. Initially we were given a room that was dirty and not maintained properly, another room was issues and it was great. The shower in the bathroom was a little cramped but manageable. The location is good and it's easy to find. It's close to the cities restaurants and a short walk to the old city. There is a main shopping centre attached and a great place to find breakfast.

Near town

Great location, specially for short stays! Everything is walking distance and if you arrive/leave by bus or train you’ll be only 5 mins away! Staff are friendly, they allow you to leave your bags during the day after check out. Amenities were okay, although when we arrived the room smelled too much like cleaning products, but everything was clean and neat so we only left the window open and was fine. But other than that good stay for the price/cost of the rooms

Hi I’m very happy first of all the location is fantastic, the room was extremely clean, clean bedding, clean cooking area , microwave was very clean the fridge as well toilet was clean , I felt at home , I did not go to restaurants I was cooking my own food which is excellent, the supermarket carrefour is just round the corner of the hotel , and the big shopping centre Eurasia Lille just round the corner excellent location to someone that want to save money on transport, another thing both Lille Europe station and Lille Flandre is just round the corner, it’s a walking distance, everything is just next to each other , I will definitely come back to visit Lille again and stay at the hotel, good customer care excellent communication, all staff can speak different languages which is excellent, thank you séjour Lille affaires apart hotel see you next time THANKYOU

Not schoon

Excellent location. The cleanliness of the kitchen needs improvement, especially the stains on the tiles.

The rooms were comfortable and the location was excellent, just a minute from a Carrefour and three minutes from the train and metro. The receptionist, who spoke Spanish, was very attentive, which was the good part… The bad part was that I went to see the Tour of Flanders and Paris-Roubaix and booked because the website said I could bring my bike. To my surprise, they wouldn't let me and told me I could leave it in the shopping center. I left it there, and my bike was stolen. The worst part was that people started arriving later with bikes, and they were allowed to bring them in… I went back to rent a bike and asked why they were allowed to bring other people in, and only then did they let me in, but I had already paid 400 euros for the stolen bike… The reception staff were terrible, except for the Spanish-speaking woman who is Latina. The rest aren't worth mentioning… The cleaning was terrible. I stayed 10 nights and they didn't clean the room even once, they didn't provide extra toilet paper, and to top it all off, if you didn't wash the dishes, they charged a fine of nearly 70 euros… The location and the nice space don't justify the awful experience I had…

They are incomprehensible; I had a toothache at the last minute and they refused to cancel my reservation. In short, I learned a lesson.

The lobby lounge area is quiet and comfortable, suitable for temporary office or meeting. **🏆 Super cost-effective** Compared to hotels of the same level in Lille, the price here is very reasonable, but the service and quality are not discounted. It is definitely an ideal choice for business and leisure travelers! Next time I come to Lille, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended to all travelers who pursue comfort and convenience!

Aparthotel very well located between Lille Flandre station and Lille Europe. Right next to the Euralille shopping center and the crossroads. The bedding is perfect, but it could do with a facelift. On the other hand, very poorly received by a young man, more interested in his cell phone than in customer reception. He refused to open the upstairs toilets for us.
