The room was small but very well-designed, and the service was excellent. The location was also great, only about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money.

The accommodation was well-located and close to the city center. The staff were very friendly, and everything was clean.

Nice and close to the station and shopping centre. Small rooms. Bathroom fan doesn't work. Shower drain isn't working so shower water doesn't go down. Breakfast only has breads, croissant, pan u chocolate, cheese, some cold meats, fruit salad, yoghurt, butter, hot beverages, juice but NO EGGS.

It was fine, specially for the price of the hotel foe 3 nights. Nothing special I would say, but good for a few nights. The location is super! Lot of respect for one of the staff workers. She was organizing the breakfast, cleaning everything and was behind the reception alone and at the same time at one point on a Saturday morning. I believe she works really hard.

You get what you pay for; it's very basic. The rooms are hot and stuffy in the summer. You have to make your own bunk beds. It's nice that there's a garden behind the hotel, though.

The location is great, close to Lille city center and especially to Rue de Gand, which is full of restaurants and bars. It's also within walking distance of the train station. Overall, it's a very good option for its value for money.

It's very close to the train station, which is very convenient.

The room was better than expected, the front desk service was smooth, luggage can be stored for free after check-out, and hair dryers can also be obtained from the front desk. It was a very good experience and cost-effective

Three people booked three single rooms. The front desk gave us three rooms on the 0th floor. It was really eerie when we entered the room. There was a smell that no one had lived in for a long time. The radiator didn't work. There was a pillar in the middle of one of the rooms (as shown in the picture). I really didn't dare to stay alone, so I went to the front desk to discuss a refund but was rejected. After much persuasion, we moved to the 1st floor, which was a little better. At least it wasn't cold and the radiator worked. But because of the shadow, I didn't dare to turn off the lights all night and basically didn't sleep! The worst ibis I've ever stayed in. I sincerely advise the timid not to book this ibis!
