Bulb crackling and impossible to replace. So I had to turn off the bedroom light and turn on the bathroom light to have a minimum of lighting in the room. It's really not serious.
The hotel is well located, between the station and the center.

Stayed here a night whilst in Lille Hotel very central and just a 5/6 min walk from main square and literally across the road from Lille Flandres station…great location There’s not really a reception but there’s someone at the property from 11am -3pm for any issues You gain access to the property by QR code and the same access to your room Room itself was small and could be a slight hindrance to a couple but for a solo traveller and at the price I got it for..an absolute bargain Bathroom had decent shower and good water pressure too …WiFi was free and pretty fast and bed was super comfortable ( thicker pillows be nice though!) Staff that I encountered were very friendly too Overall an absolute bargain it has to be said …Will certainly stay here when I’m back in Lille

Rapport qualité prix déplorable. Salle de bain de 2 mètres carré (douche comprise), literie et oreillers de mauvaise qualité, insonorisation inexistante, Petit-déjeuner spartiate. La seule qualité trouvée est la proximité avec le Zénith. Trouvez un autre hôtel….

Etablissement très bien placé, face à la gare et le centre est proche. On pourrait se croise dans un vieil établissement parisien avec cet ascenseur d'une autre époque mais tellement sympa. Sympa le personnel, très jeune, l'est également. La chambre est propre, la literie de qualité mais que les sanitaires et la douche sont petits ! C'est le point noir ainsi que la talle de la salle des petits dej mais ils ne peuvent pas pousser les mûrs. Si on repasse dans le coin, nous savons où aller !

Très bon hôtel , je n’es jamais été aussi bien accueillit un grand merci à arezki qui a su me mettre à l’aise du début à la fin de mon séjour , la chambre es très propre et fonctionnel avec une vue sur la gare Lille Flandre proche de toute commodités encore un grand merci pour votre professionnalisme je reviendrais . Hôtel idéalement situé en face de la gare Lille Flandres. Bon rapport qualité prix. Hôtel propre, le personnel est accueillant. Nous avons pu laisser le sacs pendant la journée. Produits de qualité au petit déjeuner . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

L'hôtel est très bien placé. Le concept est pas mal mais attention il faut avoir de la batterie sur son smartphone. La chambre était très bien. Les bouteilles d'eau à l'accueil et la petite boisson, je n'ai rien à dire. J'y suis resté une nuit.

Hôtel parfait, nous avons séjourné pour une nuit avant de prendre notre train pour Londres. Emplacement idéal et calme à proximité de la gare. Nous avons du faire appel à Areski le réceptionniste pour résoudre un problème d’une bague que nous avions fait tombé dernière un meuble non démontable et ce dernier a tout fait pour la récupérer avant notre retour de Londres. Un service client plus que parfait merci encore à Areski pour toute son aide et sa correspondance pendant plusieurs jours afin de nous tenir informé.
