This is a terrible hotel - room is dirty with several bugs, floor not fully cleaned. What disappoints us even more is the staffs at front desk - we complaint but receptionist attitude is basically he doesn’t care at all. Hotel facility is poorly maintained I think- more like a motel level, absolutely not Hilton standard. Very disappointed to have such a horrible experience at Hilton - again, poor service, dirty room, hotel staffs don’t care. Would never recommend anyone especially with family and kids staying this lousy hotel.

Great location, and the room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed. The soundproofing was excellent, and the facilities were comprehensive. The service was warm and attentive, with both the front desk and housekeeping being incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and I had a very satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located close to the experiences at silverstone. The rooms are nice and clean. The complimentary sim is fun! All in all a great stay!

Amazing experience!

The room was quite small and overlooked the car park. They wanted an extra 1000 for a trackside view. The toilet and shower were separate. Breakfast was good, and since there are no restaurants nearby, I'd recommend booking breakfast. However, make sure to confirm your breakfast reservation multiple times, as they messed up the time for my complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is fab and the Natalie, Receptionist is very nice and kind to us. We had a enjoyable time in the hotel with the amazing breakfast

Our stay was Absolutely amazing ! The overall service from check in to check out was fantastic. The hotel itself was immaculate in all aspects. A stunning decor that’s inviting, spacious areas & our room was chic, roomy, all necessities & overall clean. The staff through out our stay were beyond exceptional ! Michelle at reception with a warm inviting welcoming & gave us every detail we needed to know about our stay. Supervisor Sam at the bar again such a warm welcoming & very helpful, Lola our server was delightful & looked after us. She genuinely cared if we were happy during our meals. Bar/ res manager Wesley was just exceptional, his professional attitude, caring character & gave his time to ensure we were happy. He went above & beyond to for us & made our anniversary that little bit more special. Thank you to all the staff as each & everyone of you made our stay amazing. Can’t wait to book our next stay !

Good facility, incredible service and amazing view over the F1 track

My daughter absolutely loves this hotel!

One night stay for visiting Silverstone. We had booked a standard double and were allocated an accessible room. Spacious room, clean but mattress needs replacing as ‘collapsed’ in some areas.

Wonderful views and lovely cars. F1 fan so I enjoyed the circuit and the easy access to the museum. Other than that, there’s nothing else near this location but these few attractions, which makes this place a little boring. But other than that, loved the hotel.

My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone was fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable experience. One particular staff member made sure my dietary needs were fully catered for at the restaurant, which I greatly appreciated. The room was a delight, offering a comfortable space with a wonderful view of the iconic Silverstone Circuit. The location is perfect, especially for motorsport enthusiasts, and parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, stunning views, and overall convenience.
