Very good location. Staffs were kind and friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant menu needs to be improved and assured to comply with the health and hygiene issues as we had bad experience after dine in. Apart from above issues it was good.

Went for a race weekend. Booked a room track facing with balcony and was not disappointed.
The service was ok once you got the staff’s attention.
Breakfast was lovely with a choice of continental or English and very nicely cooked.

It's right next to Silverstone Race Track. There's a megastore downstairs, and the goods are cheaper than those at the museum. In addition, guests who visit the museum will get discounts (the discount is temporarily available until the end of this year)

Hotel accommodation is good and staff are friendly enough. Car parking for the hotel is dire. We visited over a year ago and the car park was under construction. It is still is under construction! Where this hotel is badly let down is the restaurant food. It’s not just bad…it’s seriously bad. The kitchen staff couldn’t seem to get even the simplest of foods right such as a simple pizza which was just reheated dough. Chips were burnt and the simplest burger was done to death and the meat dried out. Would stay again as it’s handy, but would bring a packed lunch! Be warned, just don’t eat here until they employ a chef to take charge!

One bed suite was a decent size however paint was peeling off the patio door area (which for a newish hotel shouldn’t really be happening). The balcony above leaked down onto ours so ours was always wet & the water was dripping down onto the windows. No alternative pillows which I thought unusual. Only one type of coffee pod left in room which wasn’t as described on the leaflet that went with the machine, machine wasn’t clean so had to clean before use. Unusual for a hotel of this rating not to provide bottles of water in the rooms after the first day. Corridors were often left overnight with room service trays. Breakfast there was a good selection of items except they weren’t as hot as they could have been. We’re slow to clear tables more interested in doing other jobs. Had meal in the hotel restaurant on our first night, the food was good however there was inconsistency in what you received based on seeing another table have exactly the same as we had.

Lovely hotel in general, we came for my partners birthday, a nice welcoming from reception. We had a track view room with balcony and it was amazing, the room was spotless too. We went to the hotel restaurant for tea and couldn’t fault it, I’d booked a table in advance so I’d recommend to book as it was busy! But we got seated right away, ordered our food within 5 minutes and then it only took 10 minutes for both our meals and sides to arrive! Very friendly and efficient staff in the restaurant and the prices were very reasonable. The bed was comfy, had a lovely sleep and then first thing in the morning we went down to have breakfast which was included in our booking and can’t fault it at all, not the slightest bit greasy and tasted lovely. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come again!

This is the 2nd time we have been to this hotel, and definitely will not be the last. Both times we have had an amazing experience. We stay in the king track facing room and it is worth every penny, especially for F1 fans which we are. The room has always been immaculate, the wi-fi is incredible and the breakfast is also very good.
