"We had a great stay at Hotel Humano. The location is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The staff was FANTASTIC. We arrived late at night and Pia at the reception desk was very accommodating and intuitive to our needs. She even provided us with a late check out the next day, which was super helpful given our flight time. She made us feel at home. Daniela in the restaurant was also very welcoming and helpful. Finally, the food was great and room was spacious and comfortable, the best we experienced during our stay in Peru."

"Very friendly! We arrived in the morning and had not had time to check in. The buffet was almost over, so we went to eat the buffet first. The service attitude was also very good. The location was also good. It was just under renovation, the whole corridor had a smell, and the facilities in the room were also very old. There's a fantastic Peruvian restaurant just a five-minute walk away. The hotel's breakfast is excellent; you can order specific items. I've had the fried eggs and burritos, and they were delicious. Compared to breakfasts I've had in other South American countries, the breakfast here is very friendly to Chinese palates."

"Terrible hotel, terrible location in the Ghetto district, reception staff speaks poor English. And the biggest drawback of this hotel is that they provide accommodation on a 140 cm bed for two adults!!! They call it a double bed!!! Our 10-year-old sleeps alone on one at home. Be careful and vigilant! We did not stay at this hotel, we went to another hotel, and the hotel refused to refund our money, which again speaks volumes about its customer-focused nature. I will write a review of this hotel everywhere."
