Sylva Hotel

The hotel was very nice a little old but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was extra blankets which I needed as it was very cold weatger. Breakfast was very nice cooked eggs with ham cheese and tomato as well as toast cereal and tea and coffee. Very nice views from the balconyVery pleasant stay. thank you

Good location , ideal if you want somewhere chip to stay , nothing special

I just left this hotel this morning and we stayed 3 nights there. The hotel at first sight it looks old and and a bit sketchy on the inside. The room was not clean, the bedsheets were dirty with hair and dirt on it and the bath was also dirty. Everyday where coming to ‘change’ the sheets and ‘clean’ the bathroom, but all the did was to change the garbage and also clean the floor. We got ‘changed’ our sheets on the second day we were there but it still had dirt on it. As for the bathroom that they supposedly were cleaning, they never did and i also got an infection from it. We also had breakfast included, but the last day we were there, we found a hair in our food and honestly we were disgusted by it. The pool was okay, we didn’t use it ofc, but the sitting area outside was so so dirty. One more thing that i forgot to mention is the air conditioning.. at first it was okay, but then we noticed that for 5 minutes it was in hot and then for 15 minutes it turned cold (repeated), and also my friend got sick during our stay there so i am guessing that its because we were sleeping with cold air conditioning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, the staff were nice but overall it wasn’t a good experience and i honestly wanted to go back home as soon as possible. I hope they see this and get this sorted out because the condition of it was awful. ps i have videos of the place but trip.com only allows me to put photos.
