We couldn't thing of anything negative about our stay. Food was beautiful,room was very big and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Will definitely stay again.

A 2 night stay on a business trip. I made use of the gym which is pretty well equipped for a hotel. The staff were all very pleasant & helpful, the barman was incredibly efficient in spite of being overrun (help did arrive) at times. The bar menu was good as was the food. Breakfast was good quality and very well priced. I will return.

Garden-style hotel, quick check-in, polite gentlemen, three-star hotel, the shortcoming is that we were arranged a room on the basement floor, which was not comfortable, and it was not specified when booking the room that it was a basement floor room.

Very helpful and efficient staff. Breakfast was average but otherwise this is a good and lively base for this side of the city, particularly close to UCH

Charming lodge updated with modern amenities. Walking distance to the University and central location for day trips to Galway, Ring of Kerry and Cork. Staff were friendly, helpful and top notch!
