"We have stayed in a number of hotels in this chain and this is certainly one of the best. Rather small rooms as expected, of course, but spotlessly clean and recently reformed with toilet separate from the shower room as in other IBs. Friendly welcome, attractive breakfast area. Almost alongside the A20, so perfect as an overnight stop, but no traffic noise problems. Big bonus is the restaurant only 50m away, not a mediocre chain as is often the case, but a quality family-run business. With a room for less than £40 equivalent in July, and a great meal, this is now on our list for future trips to the south."

"The establishment is very well located, the apartments comfortable and clean, with tasteful decoration. The possibility of parking at a very affordable price in the city center is appreciable. The beds are quality. However, the autonomous arrival process, although practical, based on QR code, is a little tedious. In our case, the most painful thing was to discover that the request to prepare the sofa as a bed (expressed during check-in by telephone, such was my mistake because to hear the person on the telephone, in this establishment we can only read text messages and email and we are not used to the human voice...) had not been respected. After 6 hours of driving and traffic jams, I set off on an adventure to find the laundry room, a duvet, a duvet cover, a pillow, etc. And having to prepare the famous sofa bed... Finally, the light bulb in the living room remained broken for 3 days although reported upon arrival. There remains the text message (another one) received just after entering the apartment inviting you to a welcome drink in the annex catering establishment. A nice establishment, but one that really deserves a little soul and human presence with a housekeeper worthy of the name."

It's very close to the airport and the breakfast wasnt bad but that's about the only positive. The people in the room next door where pretty serious about have 'Maritals' at every opportunity in fact, it was that loud that I actually felt involved, she may even be carrying my child now. So if there were a prize in the hotel world for the thinest walls possible this place would be world champion. I heard a guy break wind and laugh 2 doors down the hall. The bathroom was at best 'awful'"
