Park Hotel Imperial

As soon as we walked into the reception of this hotel, we knew we had made the right choice for our 7 day stay. All the staff, throughout our stay, were friendly and very helpful, The room was immaculate and very comfortable, and cleaned every day. We stayed half board. Breakfast was served on the terrace, with a fantastic view, overlooking the pool, lake and mountains, the staff were attentive, and the breakfast was lovely. We couldn't fault the 4 course evening meal, and the wine list was extensive, we asked the sommelier for local wines, and what was recommended was always delicious. Would definitely go again and would highly recommend

We spent a week here for our honeymoon and truly had the best experience. The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful, feels brand new, clean, polished and stunning. The staff are amazing, they cannot do enough for you. The head waiter along with his full team are amazing, they make you feel so special and such a personalised service, food is amazing also. The spa was included in our stay and again wow, feels brand new and staff were lovely. Stunning views in a phenomenal location. Truly sad to have left and would 100% return in the future.

On arrival we had a Warm welcome at reception ( no welcome drink). We arrived around 2 pm our room was ready. It was a lovely modern room with a pool view. Large shower ( no bath) with lovely toiletries replenished daily. Lots of towels. A lovely beach bag with 2 beach/pool towels and 2 pairs of flip flops were in our room with a safe in the room with kettle/ tea bags etc. also a fridge. Complimentary water left on arrival. Lovely recliner chairs on the balcony. The room was spotlessly clean. House cleaning call in the evening to change your pool/beach towels. Plenty of wardrobe storage with ample coat hangers. We stayed in September for one week on half board. Breakfast is served in the downstairs breakfast room which allows for eating outside near the pool or inside. Breakfast buffet is plenty full, with Persecco on offer, you just help yourself. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Omelettes and eggs are cooked as requested. Tea/ coffee is served at your table. All sorts are on offer and beautifully presented. Porridge needs to be warmer it was Luke warm. We had excellent service from all the staff, they are so friendly and helpful. However one morning we went for breakfast at 9.40 and the food had not been replenished, no porridge available and limited pastries etc. 4.30-5.30 pm daily in the breakfast room afternoon tea is service this is free. Tea/coffee and beautiful home made cakes /biscuits. There are 2 pools one out door and one indoor. The indoor pool has a sauna and steam room for use. Lovely sunbeds are around the pool with free tea, and water. Staff replenish this throughout the day. This pool is handy when the weather is not so good. We had some bad weather while there so used the indoor pool most days. Pool is open from 8 am until 10 pm daily. Showers are available at pool side with body wash and hair dryer is available within the ladies toilet. Lovely sunbeds and sun shades around the outdoor pool with double cabana beds as well. Waiter service is around the pool. It is a 15 min walk to Limone centre a very easy down hill walk and well worth it. The hotel does have a shuttle bus that will drop you off and pick you up from Limone just ask at reception. The driver drops you in the carpark in Limone centre and he waits around there to bring people back. The bus has the hotel name on so you know which one it is. This is a free service from the hotel. The service runs until 7 pm each day. The driver is lovely very friendly. We travelled with TUi from Manchester and the flight was 1 hour 50 mins. The transfer took around 2 hours as they dropped people off in riva de Garda first. The coach drops you off at the main car park in Limone and a mini bus then takes you to the hotel. It was all very seamless. Evening meal is served in the upstairs restaurant. All courses served at your table. Excellent service good wine list. The menu is a 4 course menu but always delicious. Everything is included

Just returned from this beautiful place, firstly, Limone itself is just stunning: the hotel is in a good location, with stunning views, it’s a 10 min walk into the centre, if you walk out of the gate near the car park and turn right, the staff work very hard to keep this hotel spotless, we stayed bed and breakfast as there are to many nice restaurants too eat in at night and we like to have a wander around, the breakfast was great with plenty of choice, the staff are all very friendly and always on hand to help with directions/ferry times etc. we stayed in a junior suite and it was lovely, beds very comfortable, if I had to have any criticism I would say that maybe we should have had fresh bottled water in our room daily, which we didn’t we just refilled a bottle and kept it in the fridge, but this would be the only negative comment I could make and it’s nothing really, but it is something we’ve always had in previous 5 star hotels, however I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody looking for a luxury hotel, in one of the most beautiful places, thanks to all at Park Imperial for a wonderful week.

All staff are professional and humerous. Hotel is lovely. Food in the restaurant at dinner is a daily changing set menu of 4 dishes per course, 4 courses of small dishes but never hungry afterwards. Good menu for lunch and ok for bar snacks. Spa facilities are also good but never used them as treatments were expensive. Only criticism is the guests don't respect other guests or the hotel ie not wearing long trousers in the restaurant, playing ball games in the pool, damage to signage in the lift. Double beds are 2 singles pushed together which i guess is normal. Not forgetting a gorgeous view of the lake and over to Mount Bolde and Malcesine. Good 5 minute shuttle service to Limone.

We stayed here for 10 nights half board as it was a milestone birthday celebration. We had a Jnr Suite which was spacious, comfortable with an excellent shower, it was cleaned to a high standard daily couldn’t fault it at all. Our suite overlooked the outdoor swimming pool, the mountains and Lake Garda really pretty. Breakfast was buffet style with an excellent choice of fresh foods however, if you’re a beans on toast person they’re not on the menu albeit eggs can be cooked any which way you choose. Our evening meal was a “fine dining” experience each night beautifully cooked , served and presented the waiting on staff were excellent and very attentive this made our evenings really memorable. There is a complimentary shuttle service to Limone from the hotel and we used this frequently again excellent. Staff in the hotel are great they are professional, friendly and attentive the hotel is clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The outdoor areas are lovely with lemons, olives and oranges growing in planted areas and stand alone spots. The outdoor swimming pool area is nice with comfortable sun loungers however, I would imagine in high season there would be an issue of insufficient sun beds for guests? I did observe sun bed reservations by some guests which in my opinion should be disallowed and managed properly. The outdoor jacuzzi is lovely really warm and inviting, the swimming pool water is very cool so a sharp intake of breath is needed before you get in however, it’s so needed when you’re hot. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and stay and felt very relaxed after our 10 days .
