This was an excellent stay. They had a hot tub which came in handy as we were hiking all day and it was good to soak our tired legs. Breakfast was very good and Nick at the check in was awesome. Friendly and extremely helpful in every way he helped make this a great stay. Great location also makes this a highly recommended stay.

Our stay started with being placed in a room that smelled very strong of mold or mildew, it smelI immediately went to the front desk and they were AMAZING! They switched up the room with one that was just as nice and no smell

There was one problem and it's a "GUY" thing. The water level in the "small" toilet is too HIGH! OK, everyone getting the picture? You need to wrap the shower cap around your "valuables" so they don't get into the water and get wet!! Yea, I had a rubber band for the shower cap!! I've traveled to a number of countries and all over the US and never encountered this problem! I should note my stay was comfortable, except the bathroom toilet, and the staff super friendly to help you! I felt this location was very safe to visit as well - I'm retired Law Enforcement. I really appreciated the safe to secure some valuables along with the coffee maker, fridge, decent TV and Microwave. All an all... I'd come back - along with my "shower cap and rubber band!

Location was great, especially if you were there to ski. Hotel staff, super friendly and efficient. Erin at the front desk was lovely and very helpful. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was also very good.

Great place for the family. I highly recommend. Loved using the pool with my 4 year old. Went for the weekend to go see Ice castles.
