Sleep Inn & Suites Lincoln University Area

The most outstanding part about this hotel is the employees. From beginning to end they were patient and simply delightful. Not an easy task when it was graduation weekend and there were a lot of people and a lot of demands. Truly, I cannot say enough about the service.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and great to work with. She was able to accommodate me with a room close to the elevator which I appreciated. The hotel was clean and updated. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. Besides the great waffles they also had pancakes! They were made in a little conveyor belt machine. There was scrambled eggs, sausage and even hash browns. So much to eat and all of it was so good. I would stay here again any time I can!

Reviews of this hotel are not accurate. Definitely not a 9/10 hotel. Expect a basic motel standard. Hole in our bathroom door, chipped toilet seat, overall not a nice property. $10 to extend checkout one hour despite the hotel nowhere near capacity. Was told we couldn’t use our ******* $10 credit bc we didn’t use it at check in and that’s the only time you can use it. This was not told to us at check in and we thought we could use it at any time during our stay. Per receptionist, it’s policy and we weren’t able to use it. Breakfast goes til 9 am There are better places to stay in Lincoln

The place was very clean and the rooms were a good size. Bathroom was a good size as well, and had great water pressure!

Great hotel for the price. Newer and clean. We will stay here again when traveling through the area. Thank you.

The staff was super helpful and welcoming, the room was clean and well maintained, the price was right, and they allowed our 2small dogs! Wonderful stay!

This property was not up to par with previous Sleep Inn properties so I was a little disappointed. I don’t think my mattress had ever been rotated so it listed badly towards one side resulting in a not so great night of sleep. But it was clean, and the shower was good. Breakfast was meh; hotel staff stayed hidden though the young woman that checked me in was very patient and pleasant.

Clean room, beds were too firm without a sufficient pillow top to sleep well enough. Pool is small with a 3-5’ depth and has a hot tub. Game room includes pool table, ping pong, games, sofa and tv, but is $5/person per hour so didn’t use it. Breakfast was staples including waffle and pancake makers, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage links, potatoes O’Brien, yogurts.
