I use a roller (short paths) and a wheelchair (long paths) and I really have been very well done. "We booked a junior suite which featured appalling furnishings from the 70’s. No air conditioning! No tea coffee making facilities. Nothing in the frigobar. A lone bottle of mineral water with a card written Free round it’s neck. Not really true as we had spent 650 for room and half board! Good bed! Good linens. Nicely modernised bathroom. Dinner and breakfast adeguate. Spa and swimming pools horrendously old fashioned. Not for one moment worth your money!"

"We arrived late in the evening for our stay at the hotel, we had previously arranged with reception to pick up our room keycard from a machine outside the hotel as the entrance is not staffed 24 hours. This all worked as planned and we were able to access our room with no assistance. There is some parking outside the hotel, or a multi-storey 5 minutes walk away for more space. The room was small but comfortable, the bathroom was more spacious, but I think that's because we had been given an "accessible" room despite not needing it! Breakfast was included, and was standard German fare, although a second coffee/juice machine would have been helpful as there was often a queue. Overall, a standard 3* hotel in a great spot for exploring Lindau."

"Overall, the house makes a pretty good impression. Unfortunately, we were not informed about the Deutsche Bahn construction work before we arrived, and there was constant noise during the day. The room in the attic is sufficient, but very small. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast and home-style food in the restaurant. For the return journey we asked for some coffee for the thermos, it was supposed to cost €10, and we have never been charged anything for this request. Coffee was significantly cheaper at the bakery a few meters away."
