W Hello to what standards is good for Ho Jo's this 60 year old motel needs to be torn down brown WATER is not a good thing after 20 minutes of running the water it started to run cleaner but if you turned it off then on you could see it to have some brown in it .I went and bought water so I could brush my teeth needless to say I didn't take a shower in the morning. Chech out was at 11 standard time at 915 they are knocking on the door asking if I called the front desk for extra Towles .there wasn't a phone in the room.i didn't have mine forgot it. Then the attendant went to the next room and knocked on the door and asked the same thing.was it done to gets us out it felt that way to me. I'm up now so I left the room was hot forme the air-conditioner didn't cool the room at all had to leave the door open and the fan I brought with me on to cool the room .it seem to be 10 to 20 years old. Everything was older except the bed and cheap pillows .the bathroom had a older Reno but the shower seemed dirty but might of been stain as a result of the water cigarette burn marks on the sink countertop could not see a smoke detector I didn't see it on the ceiling. The paint job well I'm guessing kids did it painted over wallpaper ect so many issues don't want to write anymore thinking I'm getting to picky..so will end with this I didn't eat the free breakfast as was worried about getting sick boiled eggs sitting in water coffee made with water.dishes done with water the last is the land scraping or lack there of. This was the worst experience ever I stay 5 or 7 stays a year in different cities and provides and U. S

We booked this room because it was close to a party we were going to. Thank God it was just asleep. Room was clean but dated. It was very small and the bed was horrible. My husband and I were rolling into each other. Plus, there were several bikers and boaters at this location . At 5 AM. The boater starts hollering outside of the room to his buddies. My husband had to tell him to keep it down.  I guess a cheap motel like this attracts groups that travel together. To me this room shouldn’t have cost more than $75 a night 

Felt unsafe due to proximity to other buildings. Very isolated. The floor was very old, looked unclean as it was very old flooring and very dark. Tub needed to be refinished...the rest of the bathroom was ok. Would not repeat visit.

Was ok. One fella doing the whole thing from check in to cleaning to breakfast.. booked a 2 dbl, smoking room only to find out on arrival, no smoking. Given an upgrade at the desk only to find out its the same room once we got to it. Overall, an ok stay. Room was very musty but we made it work

Paid for a 2 night stay, almost $400. Second morning there was a power outage. We had no electricity and water. Wasn’t able to warm up my son’s bottles. Couldn’t shower, no breakfast. Wasn’t offered an apology, or discount. Upon asking for a supervisor, employee called them and then had the entire conversation in their language so we couldn’t understand. Very disappointed. Not even close to being worth $400

The smell in the lobby and in the room was a horrible moldy smell. The couch looked so dirty that i used a towel to sit on. Bed, couch and toilet were so low. Hard to get up out of them. For the price of $200 and the Howard Johnson name I was expecting a lot more.
