Room very unpractical! No doormat when going out to balcony. Had to ask for a clean bathmat as the shower one used to clean the floor. Folding door with 4 clips. Only opening at bed. Curtains blowing out, nothing to hold them. No wondow to open small in bad cold weather, thus no fresh air... No mugs/cups, only glasses. Had to ask for one. Plugs at bed cannot hold charger with 2 pin plug, falling out. Cannot charge fully even with my 3 pin plug. Plug left of kettle also cannot charge. Bed not really comfortable! Duvet heavy & stiff.
