我們夫妻2人順利入住雲上酒店，得益於（孫艷書）孫姐，酒店坐落在王莽嶺景區內，孫姐提前告知我們由景區到酒店的詳細行程，到店後她熱情地接待了我們，並詳細地介紹了景區內和太行山周邊的特色遊玩路線，入住期間孫姐的服務更是細緻和周到，讓我們這次王莽嶺之行感到非常的暖心。在入住2天後，我們又多續住了1天。感謝孫姐及雲上灣酒店所有員工的優質服務。
酒店的位置優勢：房間內即可觀山景和雲海，也有觀日出和日落的觀景平台。

山頂的酒店，設施還是比較完善的，應有盡有。
但酒店整體偏小，衹有6個房間，比較難定，一定要提前。
那個不院子非常不錯，在院子裏就能看美景，完善在院子裏喝點啤酒，吹吹風，看看星星月亮。
早上看日出方便，走20分就到觀日台。
適合看日出，想深度轉一圈的人，走累了，回去休息一下，非常愜意。

在山頂的酒店，自然風光特別美，酒店也特別大，但是床比較小，衞生細節很一般，沒辦法跟同價位星級酒店的衞生相比，廁所返臭，一晚上都聞着臭味睡的，馬桶蓋也是壞的。早餐更別提，和價位絲毫不匹配。但如果為了看自然風光還是值得一來。希望衞生細節提高一點。

頭一次來王莽嶺，聽朋友推薦了山頂上的雲頂酒店，説風景很好，可以看日出。入住第一感覺房間很大，設施較新，該有的設施都配備齊全，還有一個按摩式浴缸，小孩子很喜歡。外面有一個很大的露台，早晨和傍晚可以在室外喝茶，看風景，很愜意。夜裡的山上還是很涼快的，完全不用空調。接待我們的孫大姐非常熱情周到，來的時候太晚了，接駁車都沒有了，專門派了車到山下接我們。第二天清晨還帶我們上山去看了日出，這種在山頂看日出的機會還是很難得的。下次有機會再來可以多住幾天，好好逛逛

山頂唯一的酒店，位置絕佳，房間很大，有大陽台，早餐很豐富。距離看日出的觀日台步行15分鐘左右。房間有配一件羽絨服，不用擔心看日出冷。服務態度很好

酒店坐落於王莽嶺山巔 一共六間房每一間都有一個超大露台風景宜人 坐在房間盡攬山野之美 酒店是屬於國營的但是酒店的工作人員孫艷書同志非常熱情好客 不僅提前一天告知了我們上下山入住交通等等便捷方式並且還細心的瞭解了我們大概的入住時間和餐食情況安排建議等 而且還根據我們的入住情況幫我們留好了三間緊挨着的房間 以便於我們入住後可以有更好的體驗感 這種細節之處的處理恰到好處 這完全超出了我們對於一家國營酒店的刻板印象 必須大大的點個贊 由於我們退房的時間下起了大雨 孫姐還冒雨幫我們拎行李安排孩子們上車 借雨披給我們用 直到送我們上車後才回酒店 我看到她身上都淋濕了非常感動 那一刻深深地感受到了她作為一名服務人員的熱情和熱心 這是一種暖心的熱茶 在這山頂清晨的寒雨中讓人有心底暖到全身的熱忱 謝謝 我們一定會再來

房間很大，空間很大，露台很大，風景很美。和北方的山水一樣磅礴大氣。但是細節一般，符合北方的粗糲感。衞生間很臭，服了。洗澡水還行，不是巨大，但是不會斷熱水。服務人員是熱情和貼心的。在一個選擇不多的地方，這是一個選擇，但是希望能改善衞生間的問題，大家訂的時候問清楚
