酒店硬件裝修審美在線，大氣優雅。很喜歡餐廳，特別是户外部分，拍照很出片。酒店整體綠植圍繞。衞生乾淨。
位置很好，在王莽嶺景區內，背靠卧龍場，酒店接駁車送到王莽嶺索道接送點就三分鐘。
服務：酒店工作人員有服務意識 ，也有服務態度，但是靈活度不夠，在一些細小問題上每個工作人員的回答都不同。例如；是否可以多送些水，接駁車是否可以接送到景點。有人説可以，説人説不行。但是有問題都會努力解決不推脱。就是在服務管理上可以再細化具體些就更好了。

酒店就在王莽嶺遊客中心內，停車方便，酒店有電瓶車可以接送到遊客中心，環境舒適，躺在床上就可以看景，因為環境不錯臨時續住了一天，兩天都在酒店的餐廳吃的，唯一不足的就是第二天晚上就餐時有團隊在，一直吵鬧的不行

早餐差到除了速8無人能比的地步，因為速8沒早餐，這粥和水有區別嗎？晉城特色的方便麪真覺得全國各地人都愛吃嗎？早先山西窮大家吃這個，現在全國都脱貧了還給吃這個，有營養嗎？丸子純麪做的，要多難吃有多難吃，早餐外包的嗎？七塊錢一個人都不會這麼差，服務質量能提高點嗎？我又不欠貴店錢，為啥都一副臭臉擺着，態度最差的照片我都附上了，謝謝，希望不算侵犯肖像權。停車場大爺和前台禮賓先生態度不錯。總結：這個酒店絕對要避雷，周邊民宿看着都不錯，我們第三天去住的民宿，晚餐味道好還平價，老闆一家人態度都挺好，不想這個卧龍山莊，晚餐幾個菜做的死難吃還800多，一看就是國企酒店，經理心思全放在升值和巴結領導了，心思一點沒放在酒店服務質量提升上。

整體還是不錯的，美中不足就是五一假期服務有點跟不上，第二天兩個屋子衹給了一份水果，換的洗漱用品也沒跟上，健身房9：51關燈的時候沒有進來核實是否有人，當時還在器械上，幸虧速度調的比較慢。早餐種類有些單一，望改進。再説好的地方，那就是環境很好，空氣很好，設施很新。

酒店就在王莽嶺風景區內，非常方便。酒店整潔舒適，服務人員真的非常用心，因為酒店很大，依山而建，所以服務人員會幫助引領去房間，引領去電梯，餐廳。酒店晚餐也很有特色，味道不錯。早晨坐在灑滿陽光的餐廳用早餐，望着王莽嶺，心曠神怡。唯一一點遺憾是所住房間的窗景被房檐擋住了部分山景，當時有點累，就沒去前台申請調換。
