I liked here territory and big rooms. Price is reasonable. Not far there is food street but need take taxi. Breakfast is bad

Food is basic but good , no much pastries .

When I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros: - a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime -room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool) -a toilet room separated from the shower -Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2 Cons: -The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason - The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day) - the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing -the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though. -

The hotel in general is good. The just had one person able to speak English. During my two days stay I had a problem with the water: never was able to have both cold and hot water at the same time. The hotel staff came to "fix it" but never was solves. Or very hot water or very cold water only. The pool is relative small compare with the pictures. The restaurant just offers Chinese food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They didn't have an English menu. The beach is about 5-10 min distance walking from the lobby. It isn't private beach. The hotel hasn't a designated area neither for the guests. In the last day, the fire alarm was activated in the whole hotel. I went running downstairs to find out that a kid had activated by accident. Honestly, I don't know what got me more shock: the parents don't taking care of their children or the fact that it was a fire alarm activated and no one care about it and they still in their normal life.

This hotel is cheap, but doesn’t offer much. The pool is fine. The hotel doesn’t sit on the beach. The breakfast and restaurant are limited. The rooms are fine and spacious but with very very bad soundproofing. If you want a better hotel - try the Westin next door. Ocean views, amazing pool, a wave pool, direct beach access, decent food.

This hotel was quiet, beautiful, delicious and half-empty. The receptionists don't speak English, but I think it's because the international market is closed now. But this does not exempt them from the obligation to acquaint a guest with the restaurant's working hours, shuttle bus services and other important points, which, unfortunately, they did not try to do and caused some doubts about their professionalism.  But Lady Shelley was very helpful and answered all questions, even late at night. It turned out that you can even get to the airport by shuttle bus, which I was happy to use. There is also a shuttle to the village and the entrance to Monkey Island. The hotel is located in a picturesque place, where there are very well-groomed trees and shrubs, there is a beautiful swimming pool decorated with tropical vegetation, and there are plenty of places where wedding shoots are held. The beach is mostly deserted, but there is a station for those who learn to surf, and the hotel provides discounts for its customers. People almost do not swim in the sea, and there are signs everywhere that it is forbidden to swim, the beach is beautiful, but it is not equipped for swimming. But you can find a few wooden sun beds, bring your own towel and lie there at least all day. The hotel does not provide a gym. There are very good paths for morning runs, and you can use the paths of the neighboring hotel, too. The breakfasts offer good food. It is almost the same every day, but the types of fish and meat changed, and everything was delicious. You can order lunch or dinner here in the restaurant, too. Right at the entrance to the hotel there are two supermarkets where you can buy food and drinks. The view of the sea from the room is quite limited, so there is no need to overpay for the sea view. Rather, it is a view of the pool and a little bit of the sea. The room has a large refrigerator, a kettle and even a microwave. So it is very suitable for a rest for 4-5 days.

The hotel is half the price of the Westin which is next door and as you would expect its about half as good. The pool is big but as usual with non international brands its experiencing product fade. There used to be jacuzzi chairs but these aren't ever turned on, there used to be smaller hot spring style pools but these are empty. A lot of the tiles in the main pool are coming off. There isn't anything around in walking distance, just construction sites. The sea is very dirty because its near the outlet of the Lingshui river, a lot of trash from the up stream city and nearby fish farms floating around in the water. The southern end of clear water bay is much better and Yalong Bay is by far the best. Still, for a night or two its fair value for money.
