Good rooms. Good service. Reasonable price. New hotel it is why clean and comfortable.

Food is basic but good , no much pastries .

When I’m on vacation I like the full package. It is a nice hotel with a lot of potential to be great but unfortunately the lack of good service and attention to details makes it an average hotel that I wouldn’t list as one of my favorites. Pros: - a self pay convenience store in the lobby and snack machines you buy things anytime -room has a whole fridge inside with a mini kitchen equipped with sink, microwave and hotplate ( really cool) -a toilet room separated from the shower -Nice swimming pool with depth getting over 1.2 Cons: -The only swimming pool for adults has sections of it we cannot use who knows for what reason - The aforementioned swimming pool closes at 12:30 and opens only at 4pm. (I would rather be at a hotel with a pool open the whole day) - the room description is garden view but is so sad to see they don’t care about growing a garden to actually make the view nice. There is a bunch of rocks. Disappointing -the staff gives you zero help with luggage. The guy at the door barely says hi to you and that’s about what you’re going to get even when struggling with your luggage The breakfast is ok. The room is spacious and comfortable. Long story short: the hotel is not bad. It has potential to be great, though. -

This is the hotel I choose every time I come to Hainan Qingshui Bay. It has a very high cost-effectiveness, good environment, convenient transportation, and a very rich breakfast. I will choose to stay here next time!

The room was very good, and I had to give up the direct upgrade. The front desk and everyone in the hotel were very nice and enthusiastic. Because it was my first time there with a child, they enthusiastically recommended every place to visit to me. Hainan Greentown Blue Bay Resort Hotel is located near the Qingshui Bay Scenic Area in Lingshui County, Hainan Province. It is very close to the beach and can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The surrounding environment is very beautiful. The beach is very good, and there is a walking path. The room facilities are good, especially the large balcony outside the room, which is equipped with tables and chairs. It is really pleasant to sit there and drink tea and enjoy the scenery. There is a swimming pool downstairs in the hotel, which is very good for swimming on vacation. However, as a five-star hotel, the breakfast seems a bit poor. Also, when checking in, I don’t know if it was because of the platform or the hotel, but I couldn’t find my reservation information. Finally, I showed the hotel confirmation letter, and after some complicated operations, I confirmed my check-in. Overall, it’s good, and I plan to stay here next time.

Xincun Night Market is next to Daidai Island and Monkey Island. If you want to eat Hupo Vanilla Duck, it is also near the hotel. It is very convenient to take a taxi. It is recommended to equip it with a self-service laundry room. The hotel is a little far from the beach on foot, so it is not suitable for multiple round trips every day. There are many water activities on the beach. It is not as quiet as imagined, especially for wedding photos. The scenery is left with petals all over the ground, which is quite annoying. After the tide receded at night, I went to the beach to catch crabs the size of fingertips, and nothing else. The next day, I made an appointment to learn surfing through the promotional board at the pool bar. It seemed to be an external cooperation of the hotel. It was 300 per person for 1 to 2. The price was moderate, and the coach was also more serious. Unfortunately, the waves in Qingshui Bay were not big. I had to wait for a long time to catch a wave. I didn’t practice much, and it would be better in the summer. There were not many breakfast options in the hotel. I could eat enough, but there was no surprise. You can also order lunch, but you can’t deliver it to the room. The restaurant is open and air-conditioned, which is not good. It was quite hot at noon. You can take away your own food at the restaurant, and the takeaway box is charged separately, which is not like the five-star standard. There are not many takeaway options here, and you have to drive out to eat. It is enough to stay for 2 days. There was active cleaning and towel replenishment in the middle, and I was satisfied with the cleaning work.

I will choose Greentown Blue Bay Hotel every time I come. This time I upgraded the parent-child sea view room for free. The service is as good as always. The room is clean and tidy, making people feel very comfortable.
