單從房間來説，確實不錯，無敵180°海景，兩卧兩衞，很方便，衞生也不錯。需要吐槽的是:1、停車很不方便，這麼大個小區地下停車場不到200個車位，地面車位要走好遠！而且沒發現有充電樁！2、小區內像迷宮，我住了兩晚，衹敢走同一條路，因為中途走過其他兩個電梯，結果都迷路了，衹能原路返回重走老路。3、每一層樓竟然有60家，從停車場出來上樓要從1號房走到另一頭的59號房！而且晚上照明也不是很好，每次走都有一種無法形容的感覺！

客廳大陽台270度海景，對着消失的她的取景地燈塔。小陽台對着小區泳池，房間寬敞明亮，空調給力，兩個衞生間都帶浴缸，大陽台上還有圓形觀景浴缸。每天都有服務員來整理房間。小區出門左轉是美食一條街，右轉直達海灘，很便利。附近轉轉可以租電瓶車，遠途租車、打車都方便。住宿非常滿意！附上在陽台上拍的海景照和美食一條街。

這次住了四天，位置不錯去沙灘大約十分鐘，旁邊有美食街，但是消費比較高，在陽台就可以看見燈塔，就是價格還是相對高了一些，估計是因為是暑假，聽當地人説平時價格都比較便宜，裝修時間應該比較長了，地板看起來的確是有點臟的感覺，床品這些都挺乾淨，洗澡熱水很舒服，水很大。

這個民宿我住的位置比較好的周邊很方便，海邊，吃飯商業街都有，房景色也很美就是天氣不好沒太陽，大飄窗很舒服，改進的是衞生情況真的是不乾淨，地很臟我忘記拍照片了，細節可以改進下就更完美了，還有洗澡兩個洗手間不可以同時洗澡，一個開，一個就沒熱水了，有時會很不方便

性價比很高，海景絕對不會失望，房間裝修雖然老了些，自己做做海鮮還是很方便的。重點是前台和保潔人員服務態度都很好，住得舒心。

房子有一點點舊，但是很乾凈。地理位置非常好，海景特別美。小區內可直達海灘，入住期間哪裡都沒有去，就都在這個海灘渡過了。海水非常清澈温暖，沙灘很細膩乾淨。這個房子非常適合來度假的家庭。房東的回覆非常及時。陽台的窗户有了一點小問題，馬上就找了修理工來修。非常滿意的入住體驗！

這民宿除了不是很乾凈外，其他都是yyds，也不是看起來邋邋遢遢的不乾淨就是一些細節會有打掃不到位的情況，不過房東超級好，孩紙門為了玩水我們退房較晚，房東都沒有催。
