Exceptional service of the receptionist Leticia, happy breakfast, comfortable bed, bar prices in line with reality rather than surreals as usual in hotels. The only suggestion for improvement is the sound isolation of the rooms near the lift.

Food was the best! Everyday a different menu, especially for the meats and salads. Dessert quite similar every meal. Rooms get long time to be cleaned but they can do it by evening. I lost my baby's milk bottle and my sister lost her daughter's glasses and they found them both and kept well to give is back on the following day. Crib and baby bathtub was also provided. Not so many activities for children at 2 and 3 years but for over 4 the kid's monitors can be very helpful.
