認同便宜沒有好貨，但是238一晚也不必住這裏吧 酒店挺臟的 衞生間洗澡打開門都出來都不能轉開身讓門不碰到自己 糟蹋了白玉蘭的牌子 早餐也很拉垮 不是很推薦 最多願意付120一晚上 確實太差了 服務人員還可以吧 衹能説湊合

設施：環境比較安靜，水壓小到沒辦法洗澡，跟前台反應衹會説抱歉，沒有解決問題。 服務：早上九點多去就沒有早餐了，第一次遇到這種的酒店。前台服務態度就那樣。 大廳取熱水的壺都是擺設，連一口熱水都沒有。

房間衞生非常差，感覺是很久沒人住沒去抹塵並且房間裝吹風機的收納袋是在椅子下面，拖鞋旁邊有一個物品不知道放在那裡是幹什麼用的😂。床單也是破的，一掀開被罩都是一些不知名毛髮很噁心。房間圖片和平台圖片不一樣，電視旁根本沒有那個鏡子。打電話給前台反映加了微信發送房間衞生圖片過去，前台讓去樓下換房卡，（加價換房時説可以加微信轉錢，房間可以讓阿姨給打開），現在需要下去，沒有一點抱歉，感覺像是自己在找事一樣（讓阿姨帶着看了房間，這一分服務是給的阿姨，很熱情。）給換房到了9樓一個房間，衞生很好，門口還有兩個阿姨在等着我進去看房間衞生。晚上因為行程有變又下了一個續住單，11點多被前台打電話叫醒説下的訂單房型和現在入住的不是一個房型需要換房或者重新下訂單。（下的是續住單兩天訂單房型是一致的），重點是前台服務超級差，全程沒有一點不好意思，一句抱歉都沒有，體驗感非常差，難道酒店衞生這麼差需要讓顧客買單嗎？無法理解。果斷取消訂單去了其他酒店！以後再也不會住這家白玉蘭酒店了！

體驗很差，住宿樓層無需刷卡，偏偏二層早餐廳要單獨刷卡，兩部電梯，衹有一部能刷卡到二樓，另外一部沒有就二樓選項，搞得人頭暈腦脹，以為遇見鬼打牆了。

這個 白玉蘭 可能是我見過最差的。位置先不説，價格在這裏擺着。單講大廳，可能連個民宿都比你好吧？總共大概有50平米？房間更不用説，説有25平米。實際可能就20平米吧。對得起白玉蘭的牌子嗎？總部怎麼審批的？早餐可以忽略不計，去地攤都比在這裏吃好的多！完全被偌大的外部照片欺騙。我是5.2號入住的，5.1在肥城的白玉蘭，那真的是驚艷到我了，大堂什麼都有，冰塊，咖啡，茶飲，大堂估計有300＋平米。前台服務最少三人為你服務。這裏可倒好，一個人，要對付多少客人？估計也是累到了，沒有服務可言！你們再看看內部衞生，水壺哪裡敢用？衞生就更不用説了！房間真的是小的可憐！當時如果不是太累了，我非退房去附近其他酒店入住。大家趕緊避雷！
