帶12個娃娃到這邊比賽，呆2天，提前訂了9個房間，兩次打電話給酒店前台溝通好了，我們情況，娃娃入住的問題。晚上8點過到達酒店，正在辦理入住，突然一個男人出來惡狠狠的説，每個房間都要登記兩個大人身份證，不然不能辦理入住。我們爭論了幾句，就説我們是**老師，意思就是我們話都不能説？佔理都不能説？你們是***嗎？我們幾個大人帶娃娃過來的，請問哪裡來那麼多大人登記身份證？（酒店也沒有提前告知需要娃娃身份證）還是酒店為了應付檢查，讓我們拿假身份證登記？我們幾個大人和12個娃娃站在門口拖着行李，下午坐了3個半小時的大巴車，到達鄰水後馬上打比賽，都累的不行了。酒店這樣一搞，試問哪個人會舒服，別人家的酒店都是温馨舒適，有什麼先溝通，先登記大人讓娃娃些入住，有什麼需要的我們在補，一切都沒問題對吧？結果一來就用手指着大聲，又兇又惡的，嚇的娃娃些在旁邊哭。而且事先打電話給你們酒店溝通好了，如果不能入住你可以拒絕，我們另外換酒店對吧？最後酒店沒有任何解決方案，還是我們打110警察來了，警察讓酒店先辦理我們入住。酒店其實就是茶坊改的酒店，隔音效果差，大廳打麻將的一直到半夜。有的房間下水道的臭的不是點吧點，第二天又升級房間。開發票打電話到前台，前台説要找和我們吵架的那個人，這不是給我們添堵嗎？

酒店房間是比較新的裝修，在鄰水算比較好的室內裝修，房間也挺乾淨的，性價比比較高。缺點在於房間像是茶樓包間改的，和走廊的隔斷是玻璃牆，隔音很差，房間外面就是麻將機，白天很吵，晚上還好，在眾人目光中出入房間有點尷尬。

第一次住這個酒店，也是第一次評價酒店，差評😒😒 訂了房間，前台説搞忘了關房，沒有房了，給升級房間，叫還要補差價。住了那麼多酒店，第一次聽説因為酒店原因，升級房間還要補差價的，酒店問題，讓消費者承擔損失。😡😡😡😡
