第一：老闆服務態度差，我從進門就是客客氣氣的跟她説話，她的態度讓我很不解。第二：房間破舊，衞生差，還有一股難聞的氣味。第三：我是熱天去的，定的是有空調的大床房，但是不給我空調遙控器，洗澡間沒有熱水供應。第四：枕頭套一股腦油味兒，被子沒有被套，一股子酸味兒。
