The only downside was the noise level from the soundscape rehearsal late in the evening. It was fine at 8 pm, but until 10:30 pm it was really unacceptable. Please forward this to the tourist office. Not everyone is on vacation. There are also business travelers who need to work on their laptops in their rooms in the evenings. With that massive percussion and drumming, that wasn't possible. Beautiful and impressive, no doubt, but the timing was unacceptable. You can't expect that just two days before the event. Otherwise, I wouldn't have booked with you. Best regards, Sabine Innerkofler

We have been guests at the Arcotel for almost a year. The lobby, breakfast area, and terrace have been renovated in a contemporary style. The rooms (we stayed in room 705) are in dire need of renovation. As always, the view of the Danube promenade and the Pöstlingberg was absolutely stunning. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Good hotel. There is a kettle, tea, coffee in the room. We took it with breakfast - excellent buffet, worth the money. The hotel is far from the station. The rooms are old. Otherwise, everything is good.
