Pros - hotel was new, clean. Beautiful surroundings and peaceful, quiet. Service was good, people were helpful.
Cons - facilities. No laundry facilities. Shower water temperature unpredictable and difficult to control; water pressure was not good. Breakfast was disappointing

We picked up the airport at Zhangye West Station and went to the hotel very comfortably. The room is very comfortable, and the room can see the colorful danxia, and the view is also very good. Although it was not the peak season and there were not many customers, the staff took care of me very kindly. There are lakes, fields and animals surrounding the hotel, so you should be able to rest comfortably in the summer. It is about a 10-minute drive from the entrance of Colorful Danxia. There are many moving vehicles in the peak season, so you should not feel inconvenienced. This is a hotel that has received personal fond memories. Thanks to the staff and boss.

The front desk service is really bad and has no sense of service. There was a lot of hair and snacks on the carpet in the room. We were accommodated without cleaning it. We were advised to change the room to the 6th floor. The decoration smell was very strong. The carpet was the same and had a lot of hair. It was not clean enough. The hotel did not vacuum it. Device? I waited until 10 o'clock to find a room. The child was too sleepy to take a bath first. Later I said I found a room. Do you think I would move into it after all this trouble? The TV network is also not good, which is very inconvenient and has no content. No wonder the previous tenant simply unplugged the socket.
This service is indeed the least customer-aware I have ever seen, and they don't know how to talk. A hotel with such a good surrounding environment and hardware environment fails in terms of service. The hotel's dinner tastes pretty good and the service is OK.
