【全程高能的貼心服務！帶父母出遊的首選酒店🌟】
預訂時就被酒店的細緻周到打動！邢經理提前加我微信發來詳細定位和並且專程幫忙詢問周邊充電樁的情況，對於新能源車主來説簡直省心到爆！到店後發現還給預留了歡迎水果，手寫卡片上的温馨提示瞬間讓人倍感温暖。
特別感動的是這次是幫家中長者預訂，邢經理全程主動跟進需求：從入住前確認樓層偏好（主動介紹了房型，解釋了房型離空調外機近的其實衹有兩個房間，目前天冷，空調都未開啟，所以沒有噪音），到當天協助辦理入住，網上填寫入住訊息，耐心介紹周圍景區和後續父母出行的路線。父母連連誇讚"比自家孩子想得還周全"，作為子女真的無比感激！
房間必須狠狠誇一波！寬敞整潔沒得挑，陽光透過落地窗灑進來特別通透。衞浴乾濕分離做得也很到位。
這種把客人當家人一樣呵護的服務精神，在行業內絕對數一數二！已經安利給所有要帶父母出遊的朋友，真心推薦給注重細節的家人們！

很少請假，但這家酒店我要特意説一説現狀，讓旅遊們避坑。第一，衞生方便，房間的地毯，牆壁，衞生間的淋浴房簡直不堪入目，可以看照片為證。第二，設備設施，淋浴房的噴頭是斷開的，洗手盆的水龍頭是搖晃的，水龍頭裡沒有過濾嘴，一打開，巨大的一股水流噴湧而出，直接把衣服弄濕，淋浴房的門差點沒掉下來，一看四個螺絲，鬆了三個，房間的壁紙翹起一大片。第三，服務態度，本人是下午六點半左右入住的，到了房間後發現空調不涼，特意跑到前台跟工作人員反映，工作人員迴應，空調的主機並沒有打開，所以房間沒有空調，當時工作人員馬上就去啟動空調主機了，到後來我們吃完飯九點半左右回到酒店後，特意又跟前台的工作人員叮囑一下，千萬不要關閉空調，我們孩子怕熱，這個時候前台的工作人員（一位大媽），跟我説了一系列要關空調的原因，一會説要讓主機休息，我告訴她主機下午六點半才開，然後他又説，我穿這麼多衣服，還要開空調？當時又重審了一遍，孩子怕熱，我是特意從攜程上面挑了一家有空調的酒店，結果大媽依然不依不饒説各種她自己的理由，最後我還是很無奈的走了，因為我們吵架的話，畢竟不是大媽的對手，綜上所述，大家請看照片

設施：酒店的設施非常新，外觀看不出來，房間裏的體驗感還是很好的、房間大，睡的舒服！
衞生：酒店衞生不錯，很乾凈也很整潔。
環境：離七彩丹霞景區北門很近，走路15分鐘，開車3分鐘。離回道張掖景區也很近，步行10分鐘。就是在核心景區周邊，下次來還會訂這裏
服務：酒店前台、服務人員都很好，服務貼心周到。

酒店處在小鎮入口，停車、離開都很方便。
房間開窗可見丹霞地貌山體，房間設施裝修可以看出，老闆用心了。
