Всё сбалансировано. Так , как должно быть . Чисто , удобно , практично. Высокий уровень .Очень дружелюбный персонал. Фитнесс зал - пятизвездочного отеля ! Из минусов - завтрак и отсутствие кулера с водой в лобби .

Останавливались в этом отеле в конце августа. Кровати были такими удачными, что заснули практически сразу. Матрасы Высокие, не жёсткие и не мягкие, идеальные. Заснули практически сразу. Номер небольшой, но уютный. Был сюрприз с кондиционером, который, как оказалось, автоматически включается, когда закрываешь окно. Но быстро разобрались и отключили. Достаточное количество розеток, тишина. Правда утром (в 3 или 4) какой-то странный субъект решил послушать музыку в машине на всю громкость. Но фантазии не хватило и слушал он одну и ту же песню минут 20. Было стойкое желание вызвать полицию. На номер даётся Один ключ в виде карточки, но если ты с кем-то и захочешь уйти Одна по делам, то лифт без карточки не поедет. Это конечно было неудобно. Напротив отеля расположен большой ТЦ (можно купить что-то местное (рекомендую сухарики)). Завтрак порадовал разнообразием и свежестью продуктов. Появилась новая функция отблагодарить официанта при помощи qr кода. Мы правда были только на завтраке, но судя по их меню надо было появиться и на ужине, есть интересные местные блюда. Если вы путешествуете на машине или в составе группы, то очень рекомендую. П. С. На этаже есть гладильная доска с утюгом + экономия электроэнергии, что порадовало.

Очень понравился отель! Очень удобный двухкомнатный номер (два объединенных двухместных номера). Прекрасные матрасы и подушки, вкусный завтрак. Много места. Есть отдельный столик со стульями. Парковка. Всё хорошо. Рекомендую.

Уборка в номерах, происходит максимально поверхностно. В ванной комнате, было грязнее всего. Сотрудники отеля, общались по хамски, а именно горничная. В коридоре стояла, грязная гладильная доска. Администратор ресепшн, при заселении допускает ошибки. Клиентоориентированность — это не про «дешево», это про «качественно и с заботой», а в отеле BISHOTEL. клиентоориентированностью, сотрудники не владеют.

Удобное расположение. Полный набор услуг, соответствующий уровню четыре звезды Новая сантехника, чистота в номере По окончании пребывания на ресепшене попросили подождать, пока горничная не проверит номер, это не принято для гостиииц такого уровня
