"We were very satisfied! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. For example, the breakfast buffet wasn't cleared away at 10:00 AM without anyone asking if we were finished or if we wanted anything else. The rooms (you can't do anything about the heat) were lovely, and since the hotel is located on the edge of the forest, we were able to leave the windows open at night (we were on the second floor!). That made it quite pleasant. The food and service were also excellent."

The hotel is fairly large. The rooms are air-conditioned, spacious, and some are wheelchair accessible. The hotel has a restaurant. The hotel staff were always friendly."

The location is great for visiting the Exernsteine but the town itself has nothing to do. The Italian pizzeria restaurant at the end of the street is very good. Parking is very easy with street parking, a lot across the street and a few spots behind the hotel."

"We have stayed in the 4-star Hotel Arminius in Bad Salzuflen for 3 days from Sunday, December 14th to Wednesday, December 17th. More than the value of the effort and it fully responded to our expectations and the 4 stars. We used a “Anbud”including breakfast. Our room was a completely furnished apartment with separate bedroom incl. complete kitchen. Every day clean towels and the delicious bed was cleaned and well-formed. There were 2 TVs, in the room and in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was no Dutch TV but with the well-functioning internet we could watch TV on our Ipad. To get into the parking garage, we had to drive 150 mt over a pedestrian zone, so look carefully or otherwise drive 4 km around to get into the parking garage from the other side. We were very friendly welcomed at the reception and found the staff very friendly and service-oriented. In the corresponding restaurant “Varus” we had a good food. In short, it is ready for repeat.
