房子古香古色很有意境，老闆也挺熱心，但是房間衞生實在是很一般很一般，尤其是床上用品都洗成灰白色的了真不敢保證是一客一用，衞生間反味太重好臭呀，雙開門很不好開和關，**志根本關不住了

設施有些陳舊，不過衞生乾淨，出行方便，老闆服務非常熱情周到，態度很好，總是面帶微笑，晚上很安靜，可以安心入睡。

第三次來袁家村了，之前幾次住了其他家的民宿都沒有院子，這次換了這家帶院子的，在城市生活久了真的很喜歡這種古香古色的小院，放鬆又愜意，進門就滿眼的綠意盎然，心情都舒暢了，房間裏雖然沒有過多的擺設和傢俱，但勝在温馨且乾淨，本以為在景區的中心位置很吵鬧，結果在房間里根本聽不到聲音很安靜，長者特別喜歡，指定下次住這裏。老闆也很和善，晚上還免費帶我們去了新開的煙霞巷看燈光秀和演出，省了好幾百塊，真的太讚了！強烈推薦！

帶着娃逛累了實在逛不動了，臨時找了家歇腳的民宿，沒想到挺有特色，挺古香古色的一座小院，很像民國時代的那種四合院，房間裏也是古樸的風格，打掃的挺乾淨，老闆很親和，還幫拿行李，美美睡了一覺打道回府了，不錯的體驗，推薦推薦！

入住後房間無燒水壺，洗臉盆下水管道漏水，通過電話老闆馬上安排人送來了水壺，也修好了下水管，老闆電話裏很熱情，就是住房的隔音不好，還要加強衞生清潔。價格不貴，性價比還不錯。忘記拍照了。
