Friendly, professional and helpful staff helped with initial issues upon late arrival at WC Beautique - spa hotel. The room was smelly due to smoke and we weren’t given the correct beds for my mom and I. However- they kindly sorted it out by having us stay at their larger hotel across the street. Room had cost beds and modern amenities. Breakfast buffet is simple yet delightful. Location is not far from airport but not in the best area- maybe gentrifying. I’d recommend it.

The hotel is very nice and well cared for. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. When we arrived in the afternoon they assigned us the room and it smelled a lot of tobacco. They changed our room, it was the only one left and they gave us one with single beds pushed together by a quilt. At bedtime it was very uncomfortable because the gap in the bed was noticeable. I had paid for a double so I'm not very happy.

The hotel is very beautiful, the interior decoration is exquisite and luxurious, the rooms are clean and hygienic, and the transportation is very convenient. There are several bus stops right outside the door, and the ladies at the front desk are very enthusiastic.

The room is spacious but not comfortable. Since the bed, which is round in a semicircle, was located next to the window, it only had a small table on the left side, on the right side you sleep next to the curtains, there is no space between the bed and the wall. The bed also has no headboard so the pillows continually fell back. Drawers are missing, the closet is not comfortable either. What is comfortable is the bathroom area, separated by the toilet and the shower, which is spacious and also as a courtesy you have gel, shampoo and conditioner, as well as body cream, all of good quality. It is simply a different hotel, with the bathroom motto; The staff at the counter greet you in a bathrobe, it is curious and the breakfast is really good, quality and the staff's attention is excellent.
