A very pleasant place in a good, clean neighborhood. The metro station is a 2-minute walk away, making it convenient to get to from the airport. The room was clean, everything was new – furniture and appliances, a well-equipped kitchen, and welcome drinks. The trash was emptied daily, but towels and linens were not changed. We had a room with a lovely terrace offering beautiful views of both sides of the city. Check-in was contactless; they send you a code on the day of arrival. Thank you for your hospitality, these are really great apartments!

Excellent hotel! The service is top-notch, everything is designed for your comfort. Upon check-in, you'll find many pleasant surprises in your room. Great location too, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The subway is just a 5-minute walk away.

Its a nicely located clean hotel with nice rooms but: Access to spa and Gym takes a lot of effort and is apparently only for 4 days. You also need to enter all your personal details in a form for a third party provider and you have to do it for every guest individually. Additionally the opening hours are quite restricted, especially on the weekends (until 5 or 6PM depending on the day). Service is only available via WhatsApp and they are quite slow and at least in our case not really supportive.

Overall, I'm satisfied and would definitely come back. The location is convenient, there's a lift, and check-out is at 11 am. Just be aware that a 28-inch suitcase won't fit in the locker.

This was the perfect stay for my Lisbon trip. Very close to a lot of nice restaurants and also close to a lot of the major attractions in Lisbon. I absolutely loved the check in and check out process. It was all very seamless.
