Friendly staffs - the location is good, located along the side of road, away from the noises in the city. Also a short distance walk to Sete Rios the train and coach station. This is convenient if you plan to travel to other cities by train/bus.

The room is clean, and the shower is working in order. The breakfast at 9€ is value for money. Wish that the access to hot drinking water could be available at every room level. The screening of Live soccer games at the lounge is readily available. Nice.

Good location. But there is no normal room available on our arrival despite early booking. We left with no choice but accept an ‘accessible room’.

The room is very clean, the facilities are very complete, the lobby on the first floor is also very clean, clean and bright, very close to the subway station, very convenient to go anywhere, the surrounding environment is very safe. The only drawback is that it is very close to the airport, there may be a little noise, but it is also quite good

I guess it was on the flight route, and the planes were very noisy, which affected my rest. It was not too far from the subway, train station, and supermarket. The bed was comfortable and the check-in was fast.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the breakfast is delicious!

Excellent treatment and good location to visit Lisbon

Very good, it is close to the Lisbon long-distance bus station, from where you can easily take a bus to various parts of Portugal. Portugal's public transportation is very developed, so you don't need to take the train to travel.
