The hot water tap is not working in the shower.?I can't take a shower

The facilities are too old.

Very convenient location, right next to the metro station. There is a grocery supermarket, many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. The room is clean, good bed linen. Beautiful view from the spacious terrace. They respond promptly to requests. Breakfast is modest, but sufficient: rolls, butter, jam, ham, cheese. Some fruits, yoghurts, tea, coffee.

Phew! At 9:30 in the morning, there was no more hot water (but we were told that lukewarm water was sufficient 🙄). The towels were nice (see photo). The room was old-fashioned and minimalist (with faulty light switches). In short, even though we're not demanding, it wasn't worth the price!

The room was small, the facilities were old, and the bathroom was very small with a loose faucet, but thankfully it didn't leak. Breakfast was simple yet filling. However, the location was right across from the subway station, making it very convenient to get to the airport and train station. The bed wasn't very soft, making it suitable for people with herniated discs.

Minimalist room and a shower/toilet the size of a toilet. Breakfast was adequate, but nothing special. The hotel's main advantage is its location, opposite the Parque metro station. Poor value for money, considering the services offered.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the metro station. The hotel is not new but everything is in working order. The breakfast is acceptable but the choice is not large. You will not go hungry in any case. You can hear everything that happens in the corridor and neighboring rooms. For those who come to the hotel only to spend the night, this is a great option. From the airport by metro the journey takes 30 minutes, from the hotel to the airport at night by taxi I got there in 9 minutes

This hotel is the closest to the subway station I have ever stayed in. It is just across the street from the exit. The breakfast at the hotel is also quite good. It is a very cost-effective hotel. I highly recommend it.

Great location, breakfast with no protein options, dirty towels, dripping taps, breakfast staff in a bad mood (a blonde lady) the others very helpful. The facilities are very old and deteriorated.

The assigned room smelled bad, due to the sewage system in the room/floor 5. We complained to reception and we were allocated another room, on another floor (floor 2).

The room is small and the toilet is also small. There is no shampoo and shower gel after use. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste. The environmental hygiene is average.

Well located, you can walk to the center and there is a subway right in front.
