The hotel was great and very welcoming, I recommend it to everyone to visit.

Had a terrible experience. The hotel was overbooked, so they sent me to a different 2-star hotel. The front desk staff there didn't speak English, and there was no hairdryer in the room. When I turned on the 'hot' air for the AC, it only blew cold air! Definitely not worth the price, it was way too expensive! Not even worth 30 euros! Don't ever book through Trip.com!

Its decent hotel within main tourist places, not so far from places in to visit in Lisbon. Hotel was clean and it was comfortable stay

The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom could use a bit more attention to cleanliness, as it felt a little dusty. The elevator was small and a bit strange; it was hard to tell if it was working after pressing the button. A big plus was the gym, which was much better than expected and perfect for travelers who want to lift weights during their trip.

Good location, however a little scary at night. Hotel room had no smoke detector, dirty tables and floors, stains on towels, blocked sink. No towels when first arrived into room, advised housekeeping still finishing cleaning. Hotel moved us rooms to a room with a working sink and smoke detector late at night, but the new room was also dirty, stained floors and dirty toilet, as well as missing lightbulbs. Hotel staff not very friendly willing to help with the situation and seemed more annoyed than anything.

Very friendly staff. Location ok. Room was beautiful, just a shame that the shower bracket was broken. A bit of love required to fix the small things

Good location, near to the metro and shops. Some renovation is going on at the moment. Room and bed was very big. Overall value for money.

If you're using your hotel to sleep in only whilst you spend the day out and about this is perfect. Located next to the green line which is the perfect line to get you down town in minutes.
