I booked this hotel as a gift for my mothers 70th birthday . My parents were greeted by a nice little surprise in the room and the service , location and comfort were all excellent .

The people at the reception desk were all super friendly. The hotel was really well located, close to restaurants, with a little market nearby. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel's location is great, close to public transport, including the metro and the famous Tram 28, and also near major attractions. It was very clean, my only complaint was the lack of disposable slippers, but everything else was excellent. The service was very thoughtful; we were originally scheduled to check in at 3 PM, but when we wanted to drop off our bags in the morning, they allowed us to check into our room immediately.

Centrally located with convenient transportation, yet surprisingly quiet. The room was clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. We were able to store our luggage before check-in, which was a huge plus. The room was very comfortable. We'd definitely choose this place again.
