The staff are nice. The room is big too. But there is no shampoo in the room and no kettle. Close to timeout market.

Lisbon is a great city with a lot to see and experience. The accommodation was very centrally located and easy to reach by public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity where you can eat and shop cheaply and well. Our room was very small, but we only stayed in it to sleep. We knew about shared bathrooms and have done so many times.
If you stay longer and have more time, you can also visit Sintra and Fatima from Lisbon.

Everything was very good, one point that could be improved would be to answer the door as soon as we arrived to check in, the attendant took a while because she was cleaning some rooms.
Overall it was great, perfect location close to markets, public transport and 20 min walk from the commerce square. I loved it I will definitely be back.

Nice place. Very confortable. A little small rooms but great service and security.
But they only have 1 bathroom for 10 rooms and you cant use the bathrooms for the other floors. So you have to be patient.

The property is well located and walkable around good attractions and those are the only positive points, I can come up with. The property needs refurbishment and a better soundproofing. Some staff there have bad manners and are not helpful at all. It's a very noisy place to stay at and some floors there have residents that seems don't like the guests from the hostel. The hostel wants cash only as a form of payment and I was wondering if that form has to do with taxes. It's strange once these days people mostly carry cards. Overall my experience wasn't good so I don't recommend the hostel.
