The hotel is super convenient, just a 3-minute walk downhill from the second to last stop of the airport bus (744). There are also plenty of food options right across the street. The room was spacious, but coincidentally, it had a pool view! 😂

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance of the city center.

Unfortunately didn't really have the opportunity to feel and enjoy the hotel since my flight arrived too late and couldn't even try there half board dinner. Room was OK

The hotel location is fantastic, the room is spacious, the shower is super big, the toiletries are luxurious, and the bed is comfortable. Cons: the staff couldn't get us to bring water; we called and no one brought it. No one helps with suitcases either.

The room exceeded my expectations; it was a very nice four-star hotel with its own swimming pool. The location is right between the boutiques on Liberty Avenue and downtown.

The room was at the end of the corridor and was very dark and uncomfortable! The bathtub had a bad drain!

Great location. Clean. Dangerous shower flooring—very slippery. There's a lingering chlorine smell from the pool on the first floor; choose other floors.

Extremely bad, practically no service. With two children, they touched a book upon entering and said it was expensive and not to damage it. There were only two bottles of water in the room; you had to pay for everything else. They didn't even help with our luggage. Four thousand a night is outrageous!

An old tourist hotel with a good location at the top of Liberty Avenue, convenient to go anywhere. There are many Chinese guests, but it is obvious that they are more enthusiastic towards European and American guests and are relatively cold towards Chinese. In fact, there are still many Chinese guests, and they should be considered the main source of customers. During the three-day stay, only the first day provided mineral water according to the number of people, and there was no water for the next two days, so you have to go out to buy water yourself. I communicated with the front desk and they reluctantly sent two bottles. Later, I was too lazy to ask for more and went up the hill to buy them. Logically, if the check-in is separated into three days, should it be provided every day? The breakfast is OK, not rich but OK, and the menu is exactly the same every day. Finally, I have to add that I took a taxi four times in Lisbon and was blackmailed by the driver twice, and the price was increased for no reason. I was very speechless. The whole city is very shabby and I don’t want to come to the city again.
