The apartment itself is ok - spacious, clean and in a good location. However the service is terrible:
1. Check-in experience wasn’t smooth. Access code wasn’t sent prior to arrival; the staff who I called to assist was rude and impatient.
2. The staff overcharged me 42 euros with invalid reason and refused to return. Thanks to Trip.com - the CS agent assisted in the negotiation and eventually Trip.com (not the apartment management) refunded me the amount.
3. On my second day of stay, after returning to the apartment, I was shocked to find the room door was open, I was 100% sure that the door was locked when I left. Suspect that the cleaner didn’t lock the door properly after cleaning.
4. The cleaner took away my own towel by mistake and I never got it back.
5. The lift was purposed blocked by the cleaners during certain hours; I had to use the staircase a few times as the lift wasn’t moving at all.
