It was in the old town and we felt like we experienced some of the local street life. Studio was in basement and you Could hear dustbins being used and view was just onto small street/wall but size of room was huge for the area. If you are a light sleeper these bins might not work for you but for us, we slept well!

Great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. Located in a desirable location with lots of food options and close to sites. Communication with the host was easy and the check-in process went smoothly.

It was very clean and for us a great location. Close to the tram, which you didn`t hear, and close to restaurants and bakery. Unfortunately there was a water accident before we are arrived, therefor only one of the two bathrooms was accessible.

Place is neat and quiet. Lovely lady doing the cleanings and walkable distance to Rosario, tram 28 at east access. We enjoyed our stay.

Honestly, probably the worst stay.To start with we got the room in the basement. There is no sunlight, I guess it's ok as we are out most time of the day. The horrible part is when come home at night getting ready for bed, the entire left half of the building is facing an alleyway which there are many trash cans put in front, you can hear the people who come collect the trash around midnight, then you can hear every noise from upstairs, you can also hear people talking outside as there is absolutely no sound proof whatsoever. It's very tiring as during travel, we can not rest at all. Very very disappointing.

When you have a problem just to call a taxi you don’t have any help from the virtual staff?

Nice and clean room, friendly staff before the trip and also on arrival. Location otherwise very good but noices from the street make sleeping difficult.

I booked the hotel due to the good reviews, but our experiences were completely opposite. The apartment is located in Alfama, and I am not expecting for a sophisticated neighborhood, but this one is with the front door facing to 3 big trash cans, and there were a lots of trashes on the ground. The apartment we booked is not on the ground floor, but in the basement, no window can be open. The entry door is a glass door, so we need to keep the door closed with curtains, otherwise people can see the bed and the complete room just like that, which meant no nature light can come to the room because it is in basement and we need to keep the curtains closed all time. It is a small room with a small bed, a small glass table and 2 small chairs. No kitchen as usually an apartment shall have. The bathroom was leaking water from the shower, and no ventilation, so it is always smelling bad, and the bathroom is dark, and no place to hang the towels. The toilet is behind the bathroom, it is dark. Geral is the host, and he is not really helpful. Ana is the administrator, she helped us arranging the taxi. The rest, not too much to say.
