Great location. Good price in trip.com. Very easy to find from airport. The shuttle bus is not always on time.

Hotel is within easy reach from airport. we arrived night before and tried walking to Terminal1 and is indeed 5mins walk only even with luggages. Hotel is clean, check in was easy and breakfast provided was decent too. Will recommend for those catching early flight out.

Clean room with everything needed. Very close to the airport (5 minutes walking) and the check in was easy and fast. They offered a good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. They also served lunch and dinner and “midnight snacks” at the bar. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a strike on the departure airport and I could not reach Lisbon. Call them as soon as possible to rebook it or cancel it. They did not care! Charged me anyways! Worst consideration possible for its clients.

It was my first time at the hotel, but it was a very good experience. The evening buffet was really excellent, as was the breakfast. I will certainly return there.

Very near to Lisbon airport, the complimentary breakfasts was nice and variety of choice that start fr 2am which I appreciate it very much. Free shuttle pick up and drop off to airport. Will stay again when I visit Lisbon or transit.

Great location, you can take shuttle but you can also walk, which I did, under 5 minutes by foot, you can see it from outside Terminal 1. Great facilities (breakfast): at least when I visited, I was told breakfast runs from 02:00 to 11:00, which was very surprising and they said that because some customers have very early flights. This is absolutely great, as at most hotels if your flight is too early, it's "your problem", but here they do go the extra mile to offer that. The check-in staff was also extremely nice and helpful when I asked about room type availability. Not a 5 star hotel for sure, but has everything you need if you are looking for an overnight stay by the hotel.

When you need a comfortable, no-fuss stay near Lisbon Airport, Star Inn is a solid choice. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it offers great value for money, a convenient location, and a stress-free experience. I would definitely stay here again for a transit or short layover in Lisbon.

We picked the hotel because we have an early flight the next day. It has everything you need for the night, despite basic. Breakfast was surprisingly impressive and it opened at 3.00am.
