The hotel is ideally located right on the square at the end of Avenida da Liberdade, offering great views of the plaza. It's super convenient for both shopping and getting around. The hotel itself is incredibly clean, and the rooms are quite spacious – we easily opened two 28-inch and one 20-inch suitcase without any trouble. Breakfast was plentiful, and the staff were very friendly. Definitely recommend it! Plus, Bolt taxis in Lisbon are really affordable, making it a breeze to get to Cabo da Roca and the charming cliffside towns!

Hotel was well situated, although staff were largely indifferent, though not rude. Room could have been better lit.

We stayed two nights, location is few step to metro subway very convenient. Restaurants are nearby. When come back will stay again.

The hotel's location is great, making it convenient for getting around. However, the underground parking garage entrance is quite narrow, so parking a slightly larger car there is very difficult.

The location is very convenient, the front desk is fantastic.The room is very clean. We will definitely like to come back again.

This was honestly such an amazing stay. The overall location was ideal to get around by metro and to also dine at delicious restaurants in Lisboa. The staff were also very friendly and a pleasure to have as hosts! Will definitely be coming back HF Fénix next time I visit Lisbon.

Super good location,opposite is metro; next door is McDonald when u hungry with late arrival in the evening on a Saturday. It was great as everywhere is closed.  Its quiet and comfortable, though something happen at last when my wife left her thing in the room. Took some time to get it back.

Situated at the top of the main Avenue in Lisbon, with plenty of options of public transport and the hop on hop off buses too. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful & included gluten free & dairy free options if you asked for them. My only negative point was the loud noise throughout the night. I assume it was an external fan for the air con system or similar. My husband slept through but unfortunately it kept me awake for the duration of the stay.

Great location, simple check-in & check-out process, friendly staff. Large rooms (twin bed) and good housekeeping. Bathroom/shower and mattress upgrade would make the experience amazing.
