Really nothing to complain about!
Hotel is old but feel like a king both fresh fruit in room when arriving and good bed. Can make coffee in room as well. Good staff.
Breakfast is really good variety.

The hotel staff is very enthusiastic. When I arrived at 9:00 in the morning, I wanted to put down my luggage, but the front desk said that it was already possible to check in. The location is extremely superior. The city center is surrounded by major shopping malls. It takes 1 minute to walk to the subway station and Rossio train station, which can go directly to Sintra.

Close to the old historic part of Lisbon. Lots of walking through the quaint streets for restaurants and shopping. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely courteous and provided little extras to make our stay memorable. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely return.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The service was impeccable. the hotel lobby and bar felt truly 5 star. Every night we had port, dessert or cocktails served by Bruno before heading to bed. We loved him! The buffet breakfast was luxurious and delicious with everything you could possibly want including champagne. The location of the hotel was perfection with a beautiful plaza across the street including delicious restaurants. The bed was pure comfort with great air conditioning. Everything was A1 perfect, I've already recommended it to a friend that is going to Lisbon in June!

This hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The staff was very helpful and friendly. Buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Enjoyed piano music in the Palace Lounge. Great location.

The place is magnificent, the staff super helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Registration was quick, concierge helped with the navigation of the city, breakfast and staff in breakfast room ( shout for making me feel so special) were fabulous. The room was immaculate and was kept that during our stay. Looooobed this place.

This is supposed to be a 5 star hotel. Maybe if the scale was out of 10. I'm completely baffled by glowing reviews that I read before I chose to stay her. This is an extremely worn out and VERY dated hotel from top to bottom, in need of a complete rehab. If you've travelled at all and stayed in a real 5 star hotel you'll be VERY disappointed. I want to be clear that the staff was very nice and professional. My comments are about the hotel. It's at best 3.5 out of 5. If you're ok with that, stay here. If you want a 5 star experience do not stay here.
